We will request your Case file from the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) This is for you if 1) Your application is delayed - You can see the officer's notes to determine the reason for the delay or where your file is 2) Your application was refused - You can learn more details on the officer's refusal reasons 3) You need information on any of your previous applications. Please note that this service does not include Todun Consulting advising on next steps or re-applying on your behalf* If you got a refusal, It is important to request your case file before reapplying so you can be sure to address whatever concerns the immigration officer had about your application.
